Case Manager (Mental Health, Everett)
This position requires clinical skills to provide treatment, rehabilitation, case management and support services to adult offenders with mental illness in our out patient programs. We are currently looking for skills and experience working with counseling, adult-intensive out patient case management, crisis management, and identifying and accessing community resources. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in their computer skills. B.A. or B.S. degree in Counseling /Social Services/Psychology or related field is required. FT $16/hr
Community Support Specialist (Adult Family Home)
Community Support Specialists in these programs work with adults who are developmentally disabled or chronically mentally ill and have extensive needs. They will be responsible for assisting them with activities ranging from personal grooming and meal preparation to shopping, housekeeping, and recreational outings. Community Support Specialists need to be caring, patient, and reliable, and good communicators. A high school diploma/GED, good writing skills, and attention to detail are important characteristics for community support workers. PT, PT weekend-sleepover, PT fill-in and FT positions available. $10.20 - $12.00/hr

Community Living Facilitator (Supported Living)
We are looking for a dedicated, motivated, and customer service oriented person to join our family as a Community Living Facilitator for a unique program. The Community Living Facilitator provides direct support care, supervises staff, maintains paperwork and basic financial records, and is responsible for safety and well-being of adults with developmental disabilities who may have behavioral or mental health issues. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable and comfortable working with shifting priorities while managing short and long-term client needs.
