Community Trades and Careers (CTC) offers comprehensive services that empower people to discover their potential, develop a career path and engage in community life.
How do we help you?
Our focus is providing outreach and services to traditionally underemployed populations within our local communities, including people with disabilities, the economically disadvantaged, and youth transitioning from high school to work.

How do I get started with CTC?
Referrals for are routed through various agencies within the Department of Social and Human Services (DSHS) including Department of Vocational Rehabilitation(DVR), Department of Developmental Disabilities(DDD), Home and Community Services (HCS), and various mental health providers. Contact your case manager about a referral to our programs.
We advocate for an economically strong and safe community and believe employment is the key to that strength and stability. We promise to bring together businesses with qualified, motivated workers.
